This song is performed on a 7 string guitar.

He used the clean channel of his amp with a bit of gain from a Voodoo

Lab Sparkle Drive. Use a delay set to 320 BPM.  Add in a bit of chorus.

The notes should be played in a staccato fashion using all downstrokes.  

But.. that's just what he did.. do as you like.

What is tabbed out are the notes that you'll be playing, not the delay.  Have fun.
